When you contact Reach Coaching a Specialist ADHD Coach will first assess with you where your difficulties lie and will negotiate 2-4 areas which you have identified for CHANGE.
Following assessment Coach and Client evaluate if Coaching is right at this time
Session timings, frequency plus method of contact (phone, email, text, face to face) and support will be agreed.
Parents identify areas of challenge with ADHD children and work towards getting back in charge of their family!
Planning Goals
Once your Targets have been agreed, using a range of different approaches to suit you - your Strengths and Weaknesses will be MANAGED and current supports identified.
BARRIERS to success will be negotiated and STRATEGIES that have worked for you in the past are employed -enabling you to MOVE FORWARD in a realistic and MOTIVATING way.
Four sessions are usually planned in advance and each session lasts around 30 minutes over the phone with text and email support in between to keep you focused.
Review
After four sessions, a review of progress will be undertaken and further goals and targets agreed with you if necessary
During the Coaching process a number of approaches may be employed such as Solution Focused Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Performance Coaching - dont worry we will explain what these mean during your coaching sessions!
Education about ADHD and related conditions is all part of the Coaching process, pointing the client in the right direction and motivating them towards their agreed goals is all part of the process
Close liaison with professionals currently supporting you will be part of a wrap-around approach that works so well for ADHD clients.

EDUCATION is key to ADHD success - learning about current research and the best way to manage ADHD can make a big difference in your OUTCOMES at work, home and leisure time.
Links are established with the Clients' current support network including prescribers, and referrals made to appropriate services if required.
